Portrait Sessions:
1-2 hours: £55.00
Half day (Max 4 hours): £95.00
Full day (Max 8 hours): £185.00
A portrait session will take place in the comfort of your own home or an outside location of your choice. A selection of natural and posed images will be taken in both colour and black & white.
After your session images will be edited with minimal retouching, using an image editing software package. However, any requests for further/extensive retouching will be quoted for upon request.
Images will be available to view/purchase on-line within 7-10 days after your photo session. You will be issued with a Find Your Photos code that will give you access to them via the home page.
You will be required to sign a Model Release form and/or a Building Release form (see below for further information)
Image Purchasing Options:
Costs will be dependent upon whether:
a) for single / limited use;
b) for extended / large-circulation use;
c) for web use only.
A guideline to costs, per hard-copy print, with or without border, is set out below:
7" x 5" - £7
8" x 6" - £10
10" x 8" - £15
Photos can also be supplied within display photo mounts - costs quoted upon request.
Costs for photos for one off web use only - £5 per photo.
CD of all images (approx 50) including full Reproduction Rights but excluding Copyright (see below): £95
All prices quoted are exclusive of postage. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
Note: The above costs do not apply to wedding photography. Independent quotes will be given upon request.
Reproduction Rights explained: Reproduction rights (where granted) are strictly limited to the use, and timing if/where applicable, specified on this website. An agreement must be reached with Tracy Amner / Tracy Amner Photography ("TA/TAP") before the pictures are used for a different purpose, and, where applicable, after any agreement to use has expired.
Reproduction rights granted are personal to the client/purchaser and may not be assigned, nor may any picture submitted to the client/purchaser be loaned or transferred to third parties, save for the purpose(s) agreed to.
TA/TAP reserves the right to refuse to supply or grant a reproduction license to a third party when requested to do so by the client/purchaser. Reproduction rights are not issued exclusively unless specified
Copyright explained: The entire copyright of the pictures is retained by TA/TAP at all times, throughout the world.
TA supplies the technical and artistic ability to illustrate an idea photographically.
No property or copyright in any pictures shall pass to the client/purchaser whether on its submission or on the grant of reproduction rights. TA asserts her moral right to be identified as the author of her work in accordance with sections 77 and 78 of Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Model Release
This is a signed release from a person who can be identified within a photo (or the parent or guardian if under the age of 18), whereby he/she consents to the use of his/her likeness for all purposes described in the release.
Note: Written releases are not required in many circumstances, e.g. crowd scenes containing anonymous people and, in general, public places.
Property Release
This is a signed release from the owner(s) of a property, which is identifiable as depicted in a photo, who consents for the image to be used for all purposes as described in the release.
